The Story:

A new device was developed to stop the alien invasion. That device can disturb transporter signals, so aliens can't beam to attack and the same for humans. That means no further research in XEN. The Administrator decided to cancel the project, but some scientist blocked all entrance to Transporter research labs to continue. They finished with construction, but were not capable to activate it. (guess why)

Your mission is to find that device and activate it. It is located somewhere in New Mesa Complex. Good luck!
