Many of you will doubtless have enjoyed the single player game in Half-Life being, as it was, one of the most dazzling spectacles of intertwined plot and gameplay. What young Stuart Maine has done with Chaos Theory is strip the plot of all the superfluous detail and give you the bare bones of the story crammed into seven action-packed levels. When you first spawn into the game you're placed in a research facility and told to get to the test chamber. Unlike Half-Life however, Chaos Theory promptly drops you right in the thick of things.
